How much does carpet cleaning cost in London?
Carpet cleaning is £36 a bedroom and £43 a living room. A two-seater sofa is £57, rugs start at £35, and curtains from £35 a pair. The price depends on the size, the fibre and how soiled things are, and there's never a call-out fee.
How long do carpets take to dry?
Most carpets are touch-dry within 1–2 hours of a hot-water extraction clean, and fully dry in about 4–6 hours. Wool and viscose are cleaned with less moisture, so they can take a bit longer. Open a window and the airflow speeds things up.
Do you remove pet stains and odours?
Yes. Pet accidents, urine odour and mud are some of the most common jobs we do. We pre-treat the spot, then extract it. Old, set-in stains don't always lift completely, so we'll tell you honestly what to expect before we start, not after.
Is it safe for children and pets?
Yes. The products are non-toxic and the carpet is rinsed with hot water, so there's no sticky residue left in the pile. Once it's dry, usually within a couple of hours, the room is ready for the kids and the dog again.

Often, yes. End-of-tenancy carpet cleaning is one of our most-booked jobs, and a freshly cleaned carpet is usually what the inventory clerk wants to see. We'll give you a dated receipt to pass to your landlord or letting agent.
