We are a small, family-run carpet and upholstery cleaning team, working across London since 2009. The business is owned and run by Matthew Richards. No call centres and no subcontractors, just the people who turn up and do the job.
What we do
We clean carpets, sofas, rugs, mattresses, hard floors and curtains in homes and offices across all 33 London boroughs. Most days are a mix of period flats, ex-council blocks and family houses, so we have seen most things a carpet can suffer.
How we work
We match the method to the job: hot-water extraction for a deep rinse, low-moisture cleaning for wool, viscose and quick turnarounds. We tell you what will and will not shift before we start, not after. Prices are fixed, with no call-out fee.
Insured and guaranteed
We are fully insured, and every clean is backed by our re-clean guarantee: if a spot comes back, so do we, at no charge. Matthew has built the business on repeat customers and word of mouth across London.
