This is new-build territory, almost all of it. The flats run on underfloor heating and underground car parks with bike stores, so there is very little on-street parking and no resident bays to load a van into. Roads like Boord Street, Pilot Walk, John Harrison Way and Edmund Halley Way are mostly loading bays and podium access, with little open kerbside.
