What Montpelier homes are like
Montpelier is the pocket of Ealing that sits just north of the Broadway, built out in the late-Victorian and Edwardian decades as orchards gave way to leafy avenues. Much of it falls inside the Montpelier Park Conservation Area, first designated in 1982 and later extended to take in Mount Avenue and Park Hill, so the housing here is protected and it shows.
