What changes the price
Three things move a quote up or down: the size of the carpet or item, the fibre, and how soiled it is. A small synthetic bedroom carpet sits at the bottom of the range; a large wool through-lounge that has not been cleaned in years sits higher, because it takes more time and care. Stairs are priced by the flight. Heavy stains and pet treatment are flagged and quoted before we start, never added quietly at the end.
The same price across London
We charge the same fixed prices in every London borough. There is no central-zone premium and no surcharge for the far edges of our coverage. A bedroom carpet costs the same in Croydon as it does in Camden. The only things that change the figure are the size, fibre and condition above, not your postcode.
No call-out fee, and the quote is fixed
We never charge a call-out fee. The price we give you before the job is the price you pay, so there are no surprises when we finish. Is there a call-out or minimum visit fee?
There is no call-out fee. The prices above are starting prices for each item, and we confirm a fixed total for your job before we begin, so you always know the figure in advance. Tell us what you have and the quote takes under a minute.
Will the price change once you arrive?
No. The quote we agree is fixed, and we will not change it on the day unless you ask us to clean something extra. If we ever spot that a job needs more than expected, we tell you and agree it with you first, before any work starts.
Do your prices depend on which part of London I am in?
No. The same fixed prices apply across all 33 London boroughs, with no premium for central addresses and no surcharge for the outer edges. Only the size, fibre and condition of what we clean change the figure.
What makes one carpet cost more than another?
Room size first, then the fibre and how soiled the carpet is. A compact synthetic bedroom is the cheapest; a large wool lounge or a heavily used through-lounge costs more because it takes longer and needs more care. Stairs are charged per flight.
