This is Elm Park country, and most of what we clean here is 1930s. The whole quarter went up as Elm Park Garden City, a planned estate that Richard Costain and Sons started building in 1933 after buying three farms, with the District line station opening in 1935 to serve it. Harrow Lodge Park, the green space Costain handed to the council, sits just north with lakes fed by the Ravensbourne, the brook that joins the Rom further down.

Do you handle end-of-tenancy carpets for landlords here?
