These terms cover the carpet and upholstery cleaning service provided by The London Carpet Cleaning Company. By booking, you agree to them.

Quotes and prices
A quote is an estimate based on the information you give us. The final price is confirmed before we start, once we have seen the rooms or items. Prices start from the figures shown on the site, and there is no call-out fee.
Booking and access
Please give us safe, clear access to the rooms, and a parking option where possible. If we cannot reach the property or carry out the work for reasons outside our control, we may need to rearrange.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please tell us as early as you can.
Our guarantee
If a spot we treated comes back after a clean, we will return and re-clean it at no charge. Some old, set-in marks cannot be fully removed, and we will tell you before we start.
Liability and insurance
We are fully insured and take care in your home. So far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
